Why Choose Tree Removal?

While tree removal may seem extreme to some or just a way to beautify a landscape, it is often a necessary task.

Often, trees can get diseased, damaged, or cause problems with the integrity of a home. When trees start to die, it can create a very dangerous situation for people, pets, vehicles and structures. Falling limbs or and entire tree falling from a storm can cause 10's of thousands of dollars in damages, serious injury, or even death.

Sometimes trees can cause damage to the property that is not able to be seen. Roots from trees can destroy a septic system or damage the foundation on a house. These problems are usually only discovered after its too late.

When Should Tree Removal Be Considered?

Tree removal should be considered as early as possible. The sooner the decision is made, the more money will be saved.

Waiting too late to get a tree taken down can cause the cost to increase significantly. When a tree starts to die, the integrity of the tree starts to deteriorate quickly. The further along a tree is in deterioration, the more dangerous the job is to remove. It can be very hazardous for the crew to remove the tree since the integrity of the tree has been compromised.

Waiting too long to make the decision can also lead to property damage if the tree is around any structure or vehicles. Insurance can deny claims based on the negligence of the homeowner to have taken care of the hazard sooner.

Save yourself some money and have trees removed upon the first signs of dying.

How does the removal process work?

The removal process begins with a free estimate. A team member or myself will come to your location and visually inspect the tree and the property.

A few things that will be considered in creating the estimate:

Access to the tree
Size of the tree
Does the tree need to be taken off property or cut up and placed elsewhere on the property.
Extent of the tree in regards to how dead it is.
Proximity of the tree to structures or other trees.

Once all of these considerations are taken into account, a formal estimate will be provided to the homeowner.

After the homeowner has agreed to the job, our crew will arrive and begin the removal process. The process can involve heavy equipment that is required to move large pieces of the tree. If a complete cleanup is agreed upon, all parts of the tree will be taken off site leaving only a stump. Stump removal can also be negotiated and a discounted price if it is desired.

Signs a tree removal may be needed

The foliage has lost its visual appeal due to disease, destroying its limbs and leaves.

Limbs, branches and leaves are too close to your home, blocking much needed sunlight to prevent moisture build up on the walls and roof of your house.

It has sustained structural damage which may cause it to topple over or cause damage from falling branches.

You want to change the landscaping and need the tree removed to accomplish this purpose.

Roots pose a threat to your home’s foundation or to plumbing pipes.
